It seems that If you type in a word with more than one letter misspelled, it cannot find the correct spelling. Instead, it will offer up a list of words that could be the one you are looking for, but usually not. For an easy example: If you spell "cat" "cate", it will give you a list of 21 (yep, 21) different words, none of which will be "cat". It would be funny if it were not so pathetic ! I will continue to try to use this thing as a speller, but I am certain in the near future it will end up in the garbage.

This machine for American spellings only, it considers "colour" to be wrong.So if you are on the west side of the Atlantic, do' by safe your money!
