I've used these on white fabric with frixion pens to mark and on a denim jacket with a water erasable marker. The marker was harder to use because it didn't fit the slots well & the fabric was not as flat. I like the material they are made of & I've ordered more. These motifs are large and good for beginners and large areas.

These are nice, though I should have looked at the patterns closer on the product listing they're big and simple. So they're great for beginners and are standard classic patterns. I was looking too much at the product in-use photos of the patterns that aren't included in this set, so that's on me. Otherwise they're nice patterns and will be put to good use. I'll also order more of for additional pattern sets.

These templates make it easy to do sashiko samples. They are strong so should last for a while but haven't had them long enough to know that.
