We use paper all time with our large freeze dryer trays. They fit perfectly in the trays and make for easy clean up. Also great for topping candies that might blow up too big and prevents sticking to the heating pads.

We will be switching to this parchment paper instead of the wax-based parchment paper. We get it quicker and cost less. A win-win situation.

When I ordered this product before it came in a long flat box that was easy to use and kept the paper flat. This time it came in a box that was half size so the sheets are folded. It makes it harder to use. For the premium price paid for pre cut parchment they should be flat and easy to use. Will not purchase again in a small box. Deceiving too--since your photos still show a large box in some of the pics.

This is the best parchment paper created just for freeze-drying! I absolutely love that it is larger than other kinds and fits all the way to the edges of the tray. It is strong parchment paper that can be reused multiple times. I highly recommend it!

I have a small 4 tray freeze dryer. I started out cutting parchment paper to fit but that was time consuming and wasteful. This product fits and saves time in both set up and clean up.
