I found these on Youtuber Victoria's Keto Kitchen for homemade keto sandwich buns. They work great. They have tiny holes in the bottom, I suspect to make crisp bread because my nonstick stainless baquette pan has them. For Keto dough you may want to line w parchment paper to prevent going through the holes. If you have a firmer dough you will not need the parchment. Love this. Bought the larger longer bun version too

Great results.Could have recommended a pan that was designed to support the flimsey silicon product.I used a pizza peel on the ceramic plate in the oven to bake on.

Love this pan is easy to clean and I used to make garlic cheese toast with PSMF dough/batter and I always place a steel pan underneath for support but they are perfect size for dinner size rolls. They do have hole in the bottom so occasionally some batter will come through but nothing much to worry about and it’s terrific bread! EASY to clean which I love. Highly recommend and I love this pattern it’s bright and cheery.
