I am an Asian woman living in rural Idaho, so if I want good Asian food I have to make it myself.I recently decided to try my hand at custard-filled buns. The dough is rolled out with the edges thinner than the middle. I first tried flattening the dough with a plate and thinning the edges with my fingers. It worked but was time consuming. So I bought this rolling pin. I've never had a tapered one before, and I have to say I'm sold! So much more intuitive than the ones with handles. And the small size of this one makes it easy to maneuver around small items. I highly recommend.

Never had one this small and having problem figuring out how to "properly" use it to make my Manapua( Chinese stuffed Bao).I'll get it eventually, I make Manapua frequently. NOT as delicious as ones we can get in Hawaii, nor do mine look anythjng like it, they sure do taste like them(so I think) ðŸ˜..it's been a while since I had one from home.😅
