These foam sheets worked perfectly for my custom box-lining project. I covered them with velvet fabric to create a professional-looking presentation box interior, and they performed exactly as needed.The foam cuts easily and cleanly, which made customizing the pieces simple. The density is just right - firm enough to provide structure but still flexible enough to work with, and you can always double up layers if needed for more cushioning. The 12-piece pack gave me enough for my project plus extras for backup, which was reassuring.Only minor note is that the plastic packaging they arrived in caused slight edge bending, but this didn't affect their usability at all. The consistent size and quality across all pieces made working with them very straightforward. While I didn't use these for shipping purposes, they proved excellent for creating custom padding and protective lining.Good value for anyone needing reliable foam sheets for crafting or custom packaging projects.

It turns out you CANNOT etch into them. I spent over an hour trying to carve an indent. I got less than one fourth of one sheet done. They are stuck at the thickness advertised.
