I purchased these for a cat recovering from limited use of her hind legs. She was having trouble keeping her back legs under her on our hardwood floors - I was hoping the grippy pads would help with that. They went on great and stayed on despite some semi-enthusiastic kicking (which I counted as bonus physical therapy). Unfortunately, she was so unhappy about the socks that she quit using her hind legs entirely for the entire time the socks were on. Despite that, I'm giving five stars, given the affordability, ease of use, good fit, and super-cuteness.

Fits small plus the Velcro does nothing to keep the sock on. Waste of money to be honest. I would return it but i already lost two socks within 30 mins of putting them on my dog.

I ordered these to keep our cat from scratching me when she "kneads" me. Great idea if your cat will tolerate it. Mine wouldn't. We managed to get 1 on and she ran around the house on 3 legs like she had a broken leg. She walked backwards trying to back out of it. She shook her paw like crazy. The Velcro secures it nicely. Finally she lay down and chewed it off. So it's a good product and would stay on securely if your cat tolerates it. BTW they are very small. I would order 1 size larger.

Keep your money, these do not stay on the dog's feet, and there is no way to keep them on! If the sock were longer, it may have a chance.

My little guy's back left paw is clubbed and has no toes. Although it doesn't slow him down and he runs and plays like a kitten should, whenever he is walking on hard floors he usually keeps the paw up, carpet is better, so we know there is some discomfort there. We got him these socks to wear and he doesn't mind it at all! And even better, he walks normally on all surfaces! The straps are too big for these tiny socks so we don't use them, and the sock spins around, probably due to no toes to keep it in place, but for now they are the solution we needed. For size reference, we got these for him when he was about 4 or 5 mo old, he is now about 8mo, almost 7lbs and they may be starting to get a little small.

They fit him better than other socks I’ve tried. He hates the front paw ones so he takes those off often but he tolerates the back feet socks and they work great to keep his hind legs up on flooring. I put yoga mats over floors but the small areas where there is no mat, he is able to stand up and walk through without slipping. :) I love these little socks! Plus he looks absolutely adorable in them. Lol.

Product delivered only contained 4 socks and NO velcro straps, where it was meant to be 8 socks w/ velcro straps included.
