My 8yo daughter makes and sells pot holders to finance her annual summer camp fees and make spending money. Shes tried lots of different loops and these are her absolute favorite! They’re nice and stretchy, weave well, and they do NOT shrink when taken off the look like the cheapo loops do. :)

These are all evenly made, no loops have to be tossed. Definitely much better than the loops we had as a kid.

The only thing I don’t like about FL loops is they are a coarse knit, like a sweat sock. I’d prefer if they were a finer knit, like a t shirt. But I knew that about them so they were as expected.

The problem with these loops is that they aren't as stretchy as others you might buy from a different maker. So when you combine them with the stretchier loops the result is a potholder that may not lie flat. I made one on a traditional size loom where my left over stretchy loops were around the edges and in the middle. The result was a potholder with four indentations; one in every corner. You could rest four hen's eggs in them!
