They fit nice and snug on my very rusty 1999 Silverado 4WD.Much quieter ride.I cleaned out the rust and hammered the notches back on the receptacle, then hammered the notches back in to retain them tightly.I couldn't rate the durability yet bc its only been a month or two.No issues yet.Cheaper than auto parts store. Most retailers here did not carry them anyway. If they crumble or fall out soon, I will update my review.

It was a major pain getting these inside the holders without the benefit of a lift. Others also indicated they were difficult to install. The Silverado family must have larger holders because these a little too big across the top for the Canyon. But, I couldn't find a replacement part for the 2007 Canyon family so I ordered these anyway after reading where others had installed them on Canyons. After several attempts of working them into the holders with 'flat screwdrivers' I ground the top edge down about 1/8", placed a hose band around it leaving just enough of the stop to start in the holders then squeezed it until the top would fit just inside the holders. I put a 5/8" piece of wood between it and the control arm then jacked the control arm up to hold it in place. I removed the hose clamp and used a flat 'screwdriver' and occasionally a 'helper' to push the top round of the stop past the 3 catch holes' flanges and got it seated with the top fully inside the holders. I've driven about 30 miles on primarily right side up and down patches and pot holes. So far, they're still holding. If someone has an easy way to install these bump stops on a Canyon, please put it out there. These appear as good quality stops. Only time will tell.

2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 Ext cab (8-foot bed). I replaced it about a month ago no issues so far. This was replaced alongside the complete front end. The ride is smooth and the truck is sitting level.

These bump stops were completely missing from my suburban, so it was pretty easy to install new ones. They only make contact under really rough driving conditions, potholes or off road driving etc. so they should last a long time.
