That was a breeze installed in 30 min. Direct swap to install, all factory hardware fits, lines up perfect to factory mount points and now my window works perfect. Feels every bit as well built as the oem one. Motor seems strong and runs quiet. Only thing I would recommend after install is grab some wd-40 and lube the rubber window slide track in the upper door frame.
