I had a problem with thru the wall pek water pipes freezing. I put this product behind them and solved my problem.

Just an FYI. Spec's say it's an inch thick. It's not. It's a half inch.

Picked this up over others hoping it was indeed 1†thick to insulate behind a toilet pipe between it and the sill plate. It is more like half inch. Good material but shouldn’t be advertised as an inch.

You can place this on walls, inside speaker cabinets, etc. It is great at absorbing sound, and about the only available denim cotton fiber alternative to the no longer available Bonded Logic, Eco-Core, or Ultratouch products.I was able to place it easily by using a spray adhesive, letting it dry to tack, and place it. It's not too thick to maneuver, and does the job well. The product will not adhere by itself. Stapling, or applied adhesive are the easiest methods.

I used this to go under my bed in the compartments inside my RV. It works really well. I'm afraid that the mice might chew it, so I sprayed it with peppermint oil. So far so good.

J'ai un ancien air climatisé mural qui ouvre directement sur l'extérieur. L'automne, je le nettoie, isole tous les espaces avec cette bourre et referme la plaque. Beaucoup moins d'air qui entre l'hiver surtout.
