This threshold was exactly what I needed to repair the gap under my door. It does require some trimming, so be prepared for that - it is not a custom made product. I also spend time applying a finish to the wood to protect it as it comes bare - finish to one's taste.It's a good product for the price and certainly got the job done.

Had a threshold rotting out and this one is cheap. Feels like a quality piece. Just install and caulk it correctly

Easy install partially because I didn’t have a sill to remove. Nonetheless it worked great.

the overall installation was fine. The washers did not work properly allowing the seal to adjust to the heightneeded. I am in need of new washers to complete the installation.PLEASE MAIL US THE WASHERS THAT GO WITH THIS DOOR THESHHOLD

The adjustable screws for the threshold were so tight from the factory, two steel inserts stripped the pine board wood they were pressed into when trying to loosen the screws.Three of the four screws for adjusting were missing the rubber o-ring that seals out water from getting into the steel inserts that will rust out preventing adjustment for door sag later on.Reasonable for the price and obvious cost reductions have been made compared to the one it replaced. I managed to make it work for the job.

The front lip on this is designed for a threshold extender. However, Frost King does not sell threshold extenders (or publicize which ones are compatible with this piece), and the only brand Amazon sells in Canada does not work with it.
