This is a good polyester base layer for kids. My daughter wore them under her snow pants for a day of sledding. They are a looser fit, which we prefer. Sometimes the more snug cuts can be uncomfortable for her at wrists/backs of knees but something to keep in mind if your kiddo prefers something more snug. Got them in a neutral gray color and hopefully can pass them down to her brother when she grows out of them. Also note the shirt is tagless, if you have a tag hating sensory kiddo. Nice alternative to a wool base layer especially if there is potential to get sweaty

Hi. The nine year old “tween†in our lives absolutely loves the colors and design of this set’s tie dye pattern. The medium weight fabric used for both pieces is soft and pliable. The cut of the tee and bottom is straight, even, and balanced and there are zero “flubs†in the fabric. The seam and edge stitching on the shirt and bottom is perfect throughout. The fit is comfortable on her and this set’s size “Large - 10/12†fits her 60 lb. frame well.The takeaway: This “Fruit of the Loom†kids’ underwear set has a comfortable, reliable, fit and overall high quality that can be counted on.

This performance thermal set is well made and a great set for layering. It's nice to have colorful options!They fit pretty true to size. The length of the pants is actually a little longer (~1.5") than other sets of the same size I have tried out recently, so if you have a tall kiddo, this may be a great option for you.The stretchy synthetic material of these base layers wicks sweat easily, washes up well, and hang dries quickly.I would recommend these!
