My daughter needed to get her first pairs so we went with these seamless ones. She said they are so soft and fit her well. They do have some padding but they move often and when washing she’s needed to take them out.

My tall, slim 10 year old recently started wearing trainers. But These are her new favorite. She said they are really comfortable and let me feel the material - it is soft yet smooth and stretchy. Great wonderful highly recommended for your girls if your looking into the training bra stage just enough padding not to much breathable and adjustable sizing runs as says would definitely purchase again.

My daughter has gone through a lot of different training bras. This is by far the best one. She says it's really comfortable, the adjustability of the straps makes it even better. It's light and does not show bulky under her clothes. Very easy to wash, easy to take out and put back the modesty pads. I've bought 3 packs so far

Im 23 years old and very petite. 5’, 100 lbs, and 32A. I workout everyday and love using these as sports bras. I ordered 34s and they fit but just a little bit tight, could of gone with a 36 to be a more comfortable fit, but the 34s still hold everything in place without suffocating. They are also verryy stretchy!! The bras come with those lil padding cups but they are easily removable, i removed mine.
