Got this for my X-T3 because I wanted a lower profile hood that wouldn’t grab as much on clothing. This does the job! Highly recommend to anyone who values a compact setup over “perfect” light shielding on the EVF.

I wear glasses and I was also used to the round premium eyepiece of my former Nikon D500. This is way better than the stock eyepiece of my Fujifilm X-T5.

Fits perfectly on Fuji X-T3. Doesn’t catch on clothing or inside camera bags like the original did (and got damaged in the process)

This small eye cup looks nice, and is more compact than the stock eye cup on the Fujifilm X-T2, but I found the comfort level to be about the same; okay, does the job. The real problem for me is that I could tell right away that this eye cup lets a lot more ambient light in and could cause problems in brightly lit environments. Yes, I could swap out eye cups, but I decided to use the original one, and keep this small one as a backup.

What’s not to like? I now have an easier time looking through the viewfinder with glasses. There is also less to snag on when putting the camera into a bag!

Original eyecup was larger and was easily pulled off the camera. This one fits closer to the camera body and does not get in the way. Hopefully it will last longer than the original eye cup.

For the times I wear my glasses this is the better choice. It’s also more minimal as the original one on the X-T2 and X-T3 protrude out which can get caught up on things such as your clothes. It’s a bit costly though for what it is.

I bought this to try because I wear eyeglasses and thought it might help with evf viewing. While it doesn’t have the lip around the edge, which helps block stray light, it doesn’t really work to get my eye closer to the viewfinder. For me, I actually ended up liking the stock eye cup better.

Although the large is great because it shields out light and is extremely comfortable, this small size is so versatile and doesn’t get caught on anything in your bag or for that matter on your clothing. This means less likely wear and tear. Small eyecup is still comfortable and is sleek.

The original eye cup that came with my XT4 was nice, but as someone who wears glasses, I could never see much. This one is much more comfortable.

I own a XT3 and the default eyecup catches on my clothes and is quite annoying despite providing decent shading for horizontal shooting. Vertical shooting was near impossible with it but now with this low profile eyecup, any angle works and my camera doesn't catch on my clothes when carrying. It should have been the default eyecup for any fuji camera that supports it.

It is much smaller than original eye cup - not that comfortable to use.

I found the standard eyecup on the xt4 stuck out a bit too much, and it would catch and pull my shirt. This solved the issue. Great for casual street photography!
