Very easy set up, even came with a tool to open the plastic wrap around the mattress, and it’s very comfortable! This mattress is more on the firm side, but has a nice level of softness, and conforms to you comfortably!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and I must say it's extremely comfortable! I love a plush matress and this definitely doesn't disappoint! It really is 12" thick. I let it fully settle for 3 days prior to use and it plumped up big time. I was especially surprised that it was so comfortable for the price. The shipping was super fast and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
