Very easy to use, and clean. I use it to slice my fruits and veggies for the dehydrator. It cuts great too. Very satisfied with it.

Mandolines are notorious for being dangerous kitchen tools (if you didn't know that, now you do). This product alleviates that by changing the mechanism for how the tool slices, which keeps the fingers far away from the blade. Disassembly is simple, and all the parts are fairly easy to clean (again, just be careful).Overall, this is a great addition to the kitchen that I use almost everyday.

This thing has been a life saver! Its very sharp and cuts through veggies like butter. The suction cups hold well so it doesn’t slide around. The tray that sits under to catch my ingredients fits over the stand so it stays in place too. I keep a plastic cutting board underneath because veggies tend to fall over the side when I’m chopping. It would be nice if it was just a tad taller. Slightly more storage capacity wouldn’t hurt. It’s very easy to use. The settings on the back give you many options. It took me a bit to figure out the button that releases the mandolin from the base for cleaning. It’s much easier to wash once you do 😂. I do wish it had an option for a larger size slice/dice.

Tried out the fullstar mandoline slicer. It is packaged very well. It was easy to setup, easy to use and easy to clean. I like that I can remove parts for easy cleaning. I like that it comes with a cleaning brush as well. It cuts nicely and with ease I do not have to slam it hard to cut potatoes or apples. Perfect for me so I won't have to put so much force to cut anything like others I have tried. Overall great mandoline that is easy to clean and cuts effortlessly. It is a litte big but I'm ok with that and the dial to adjust cutting settings is easy to set.

A great kitchen addition. Used this to slice up 13.5 lbs of cucumbers and some onions to make pickles. This worked great, very efficient, uniform slices made quickly. Easy clean up too. Except for not making round slices because of the feed angle this slicer worked great. An excellent value. Get one if you need to slice cucumbers for making pickles.

Worked great at first. But after a few times using it to make potatoes chips, the blade just glides over the potato 80% of the time not cutting anything, a lot pressure must be put on potato to get the blades to even attempt to cut anything. Very disappointed, I thought I had found the perfect potato chip slicer

Video makes it look so easy to use….I'm 75 and the instructions are very hard to follow…. I should have returned but thought I could figure it out…so far it’s just sitting in cabinet
