I ordered 6 of these for an event. The writing said exactly what I wanted even though it was more than 200 characters. Three were off center and crooked so I reached out to the seller. I love that you can customize your own and I didn’t know if they could add paw prints so I asked on the note when I ordered and THEY DID IT!!! This will be for a photo of the family dog. My human kids don’t link it’s funny but I cannot stop CACKLING 🤣Wonderfully made! Might order some for the cats too 😅

Good quality overall except for this gold trim at the top that is uneven. Kinda makes the whole thing look cheap, which is unfortunate since I bought this to recognize the accomplishments of someone...Also, the gold trim is disjointed on the side makes it look bad.

Made well. The opening for where the picture slot in is a bit tight causing the picture to snag a bit. Other than that, great product.
