Getting older and tired of bending down,tilting and lifting my 33 gallon compressor just to get at the drain plug to let the water out.I use my compressor a lot, retired master mechanic I definitely have a lot of air tools. So, it’s time to make it easier for tank water draining.The product arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. Initially inspection was very impressive.Item exactly as described and very well made. Very good quality fittings,wire braided line, and shutoff valve. Came with adapter accessories and thread tape.Installed without any problems, great fit and tightened perfectly.Powered up compressor for leaks (No leaks “perfectðŸ‘)It works like a charm. My 60 gallon compressor came from the factory with the cheap little valve up under the tank hard to reach and use. I bought this to replace it. The extra thread adapter that’s included gave me the confidence that this would fit my setup regardless of fitting size. It was easy to install and works perfectly. They also included a full roll of thread tape which is cool as you only need a few inches. I would definitely buy this again, makes life way easier not having to get on your knees to drain your tank condensation.

Easy install. Some negative reviews complained about leaks. It does not leak air. Make sure you put teflon tape (included) on both the the tap and the valve connections. Once installed I pressurized the tank and tested with soapy water. No leaks.

The product seems pretty well designed and manufactured, in general. However, the vendor had painted some sort of goop on various NPT threads. This had hardened to the point where it caused cross-threading when I tried to screw the right-angle fitting into the tank of my air compressor. I had to spend several minutes scraping the crud out of the threads before I could apply teflon tape and assemble things.

All parts on this look and feel like a good quality parts. This is easy to install, just make sure that you have enough room for the hose to move since it is all connected. This makes it so easy to drain my old heavy horizontal compressor compared to the old valve I had to get down, reach, twist and hope it's not stuck. I routed mine to come out the side facing out and put a zip tie to hold it to the front leg. Now all I have to do is band down and do a 1/4 turn and let it drain. The little things that make life a little easier.

I broke the drain off the bottom of a pancake compressor. The was an easy replacement and is very convenient to use. I drain my compressor much more often now.

Great product, took 5 minutes to install. My old drain broke and my compressor did not hold anymore air. This drain is perfect, I no longer need to reach under my compressor to drain the water. Totally worth the money. Came with everything needed, plus extra. Didn't need the Teflon tape but a very nice little extra in the package. Highly recommend.
