I have some older, overweight and lazy cats. They can't clean their upper hind region and get mats. This comb removes them amazing well. If you have matting issues, definitely try this comb.

The best brush for my long haired cats! No other product can brush through layers of fur and get out tangles and mats. I’m amazed at how much fur comes off my cats when I use this brush.

I had one of these years ago for my Yellow Lab and loved it. I just recently discovered they made them for cats as well. I bet I have purchased 4-5 brushed for my Cat and this BY FAR is the best. It's a little pricey, but I guarantee you will never buy another and your furry friend will love it!One more thing, pay attention to the length hair. I accidentally ordered the Large / Short Hair version first and it didn't work worth dog doo doo.

This really gets the undercoat hair of my longhaired cat. It did take a long time for delivery as it seemed to come directly from the manufacturer from an international address but it's a great product.

Furminator does the job on both short and long haired cats. Just keep in mind- cats don’t like it and training probably takes a while, if it’s truly possible. And, to actually see less hair all over your house, it’s not like you can just do it every few weeks, you have to be on it daily. At least I now have the option.

The brush works amazingly well. My cats are so silky soft now, and they enjoy being brushed. Tons of undercoat was brushed out, and the cats look cleaner and happier.

I had a furminator that I loved. I think it was the 1st thing I ever purchased on Amazon many years ago. I misplaced it so came to Amazon for a replacement. I do not care for the new model, the hair release sticks making the brush difficult to use especially on a cat that doesn't like being brushed. I'm hoping my original furminator turns up so I can throw this in a drawer to forget how frustrating it is to use.

Je sais, le titre peut prêter à sourire, mais laissez-moi vous raconter. À l’époque, j’utilisais un gant pour enlever les poils morts de mon chat. Le résultat était peu convaincant : les poils s’en allaient à la même lenteur que la peau de mes bras, qui finissaient irrités et en lambeaux. Saleté.C’est alors qu’on m’a recommandé la brosse Furminator, et dès la première utilisation, j’ai été bluffé par son efficacité. En quelques minutes seulement, avec un brossage doux, j’ai retiré une quantité impressionnante de poils morts, formant une pelote compacte. Le tout, sans aucun désagrément pour mes bras cette fois-ci ! Ma chatte, quant à elle, a semblé apprécier le moment et paraît visiblement plus légère, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable durant les périodes de fortes chaleurs.Contrairement à certaines idées reçues, cette brosse ne rase pas la fourrure. Elle se contente d’éliminer les poils morts grâce à une conception astucieuse, simple à prendre en main. Dommage pour moi, qui espérais me "venger" de toutes ces fois où j’ai retrouvé des poils partout ! Il est toutefois important d’être délicat pour éviter toute irritation de la peau de l’animal, un problème que je n’ai pas rencontré avec ma chatte.L’utilisation hebdomadaire est amplement suffisante, car un usage excessif pourrait être inconfortable pour l’animal. Bien utilisée, cette brosse réduit significativement la perte de poils et améliore le confort de votre compagnon à quatre pattes.

WOW this item is fabulous, I have 8 kitties, 1 of which has very long fur. Using this really made brushing him easy and he didn’t mind it. The amount of fur that came away was amazing. I also used it on some of my short haired kitties and found it worked a treat with them.The size is perfect and the handle is comfy to grip. It’s lightweight to hold and so easy to use.Highly recommended.
