This is like a child's toy. The lever scooping part is loose by design. There is only a small washer holding together the scooping part to the lever handle. The four wheel parts are also cheaply made and don't work well. Don't waste your money. Spend little more and buy something better.

Just a cheap and Horrible product. I was skeptical about this product from the beginning. It did not work to lift the furniture and the red handle broke loose immediately and parts came out. Not a good product at all!

Does not work. The handle to lift the furniture is wonky and it pops out of place. The wheels don’t have a good turn radius so the furniture piece falls right off.
