I have two of these from many many years ago and have spent years trying to find a third one for my torte. Glad I found it here! It makes removing a cake from the pan super easy. Surprised that I cannot find these in stores but glad Amazon has it.

These cake pans are nice and heavy material. If you want your cake to come out correctly, you must press the lever on the outside of pan and hold it down as you turn the easy release. Otherwise, cake will rip and tear up as the easy release does not sit flush with pan.
