This was the easiest setup ever! The color is cute, very gender neutral. I like that it also uses batteries just incase the power goes off. I had to use the manual portion to see how much food it dispensed and after that I set up my schedule with the correct portions. Is a must have for small to medium size pet since the bowls are on the smaller side. Overall is a good product.

It' pretty nice feeder, the design is compact.Also, it holds 300oz, which is an awful lot of food.This works best for a household with one or two cats at most as only one can feed at a time.Overall, what I like about it, is it allows for scheduled feeding when not present.I was thinking it would be more helpful for me as I have quite a few cats, but I have not been able to incorporate it enough to make that work.Highly recommend scheduled feedings to cut down on overeating!A++++

Nice size set for a house of small fur babies. Quality of the set is nice. I still haven't figured out all the different functions of the app but have it set up to make sure feed is always in the bowl for my fur babies. I like the little divider between the water and food bowl. Keeps the food from going in the water, unlike most sets you see. The water tank is a perfect fit and easy to fill without spilling water all over the floor. It doesn't leak around the rim.

Puppy food is constantly jamming!!I just bought this item and set it up this evening for my small dog. The food is Hill's Science Diet puppy and is a very small kibble. I have tried to dispense five servings and it continues to jam on two or three. Pretty disappointed that right out of the gate this feeder is causing issue. I purchased it off Amazon and may need to return for a refund.
