TV connection

My wife and I own a Nintendo Wii, and while our 4-year-old son wants to play the games, the mechanics of the Wii is too complicated for him, i.e. requires too much physical coordination. I went looking for DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) pads, thinking it might be easier for a child to interact with a pad than waving a controller and came across this product. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son and he loves it!- The dancing game has children's songs and the pace is not too fast for a small child.- Apparently you can upload your own songs, which I have yet to try, but can already imagine being a hit with my son. He has particular songs that he likes to sing and dance to.- There are games that use a camera for augmented reality controls, e.g. whack-a-mole or fruit chopping, which is much easier than waving a controller like on the Wii. When my son is bored with the dancing, he switches to these augmented reality games.- The pads do not necessarily feel to be of the best quality / durability I have seen, but the sensitivity feels quite good.- There is enough variety of games to satisfy a small child. No need to buy a console and a bunch of separate games. This is enough entertainment all in one.- My son is very social and wants to play with someone else. This generally means my wife and I are participating. We are finally getting some exercise! It would be a bonus if we lose some weight!Overall, well worth the price.

I got this for my kids but I was excited to see the classic arcade games that came with. Unfortunately the controller does not work at all on the games. The controllers and dance pad work intermittently at best and are slow to respond when they do "work".The dance game it seems you can have music but the controllers and dance pad don't work OR the dance pad will work but you don't get any music.I wish I had not bought it so far in advance for Christmas, would like to return it.

It has some fun activities included. The dance is great, great response. Only thing I didn't like about the dance game is the back button is build so close that if you mistakenly press it it back out of the game. The mini games are great for kids. Takes some time to getting use to. Is it worth the money, maybe.

this is cool the kids love it you have to stop them or they'll get to worn out. they'll try to keep playing on and on. they have to learn to slow down ease the learning curve. could use better instructions for the hand controls in the book. at least for me. many different things to do part of them are for double players could use more for these 5 and 6 yr olds it's necessary.

Die Matte ist super und alles haben viel Spaß.Leider ist die SD-Karte kaputt gegangen nach ein paar Wochen. Und man konnte nicht mehr spielen! Ich empfehle jedem, die Karte auszutauschen. Es reicht wohl auf die neue Karte die Dateien der Alten zu speichern. Eventuell darauf achten, dass sie FAT formatiert ist.

Mega geil... Macht echt viel Spaß und bringt die Familie zusammen. Egal ob jung oder alt.Einfache Bedienung, einfacher Aufbau, leicht zu bedienen. Auch wenn es nicht in deutsch ist, kommt man auch so damit ganz gut klar. Sehr gute Geschenkidee!!!
