Like many of you reading this review I'm thoroughly disappointed by the total sound output volume of my iPhone (and especially when used in combination with my bluetooth receiver I use connected to my favorite WIRED headset when hiking, biking, or working outdoors. Yes, I'm not only fully aware of the dangers of listening with headphones to loud volume music / podcasts, etc. But that's my freedom to decide. That said, and seeking more, I came across this marvelous mini amp / volume control (I'll call it the FZONE from here). Yes, it's just a hair bulkier than I prefer but the build quality is exceptional. So far after a month of heavy use clipped to my belt while cutting grass, leaf blower, power tools, etc. this thing not only works like a champ, it's astonishing how little battery power it draws. I've only been using the cheap non-alkaline "heavy duty" batteries I sometimes get for free as a bonus at Harbor Freight and they last days and days before losing charge. I especially love how the FZONE uses actual batteries instead of requiring plug-in. Great design choice. So my rig is I connect the mini bluetooth receiver output via a mini connecting cord to FZONE input and my wired headset stays connected via an adapter to the FZONE output. Thus, nothing needs to be connected to my phone so it can remain well protected in its case in a pocket or even elsewhere within line-of-sight. The bluetooth receiver acts as my play / pause / etc. controller (even answering calls!) where all the while I'm enjoying quick and easy volume control on my hip with this FZONE. So yeah. So far, so great. I'm finally hearing the audio detail I've been missing for a long time (even after the slightly diminished audio quality resulting from the bluetooth link along the way. A GREAT value IMHO.

I’ve used this amp for my in ears about 3 times so far at practice and it seems to be working well. Once we dialed in the gain off the board and adjusted the gain from the board app, I got a pretty good sound. I haven’t abused it by using it live yet so I may have to update this review later.

I'm a sound tech for a small band, bought this personal in-ear, in-line amp for our keyboardist. He was having a real problem with hearing his cues on the stage monitors. Installed in his headset feed and explained how to use, quite simple actually. Within a couple of songs and a few minor tweeks, he was so happy. He could hear his individual mix perfectly. After finishing 3 full sets, he couldn't stop thanking me. His playing was even noticeably more aggressive and confident. Was a great add to my bag of tricks.

Even using only 1 ear monitor, there is as much volume as one could ever need. With the combination input it's ready for almost all situations. I use a line out from the vocals board and only put in the ear monitor when I sing. (Exactly what I wanted)

I play keyboards and had a Behringer unit that is OK. The plastic piece that hold the battery in place comes lose and won't stay put without some tape. The stereo control is hard to get to. I tried the Fzone and was impressed. All the controls, including the stereo on/off is on the top of the unit right where you can see it. The battery latch is attached to the unit and appears to be stronger (although it's plastic). The sound is excellent. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I've only used it a few times and not sure how long the unit will last.

I’m rehearsing for a special event with a large band in a small place. I really didn’t have room for the rack that houses my Shure IEM transmitter, so I took a chance on this.I am very pleasantly surprised at the sound quality. Yeah, I could work with my digital mixer aux EQ if I needed to but…I didn’t need to! Good bang for the buck for certain applications.

The Behringer has served me well for years. But this unit is lighter, has a better battery compartment (Behringer will allow batteries to get knocked loose), and has a much better belt clip. Sound quality is great too.

Aunque Behringer es pionero en este dispositivo, hay muchos otros similares que han tratado de copiar la funcionalidad y no lo logran al 100%, podrÃa decir que este modelo le llega a un 99% y esto por lo bueno: 1. Las pilas se ponen por fuera 2. El clip tiene mejor resistencia y diseño 3. Mono/stereo está por fuera, no hay que desarmar 4. Tiene buen sonido y no saturaLO MALO, 1. Es de plástico, se siente un poco frágil y 2. Si le subes a tope, literal sube a tope, la diferencia con Behringer es que el Behringer si tiene un limitador de volumen y jamás satura. Fuera de eso hasta ahorita no tengo queja,Con Behringer P2 llevaba 7 años antes de fallar ahora veremos cuánto dura este modelo.
