I use this non-stick pan to bake or broil a small portion of food instead of heating up my big oven in the kitchen. Also, a 3 lb. chicken to roast would fit nicely in the bottom pan.

I got these pans for a specific purpose, that being to use in a smoker. These pans are just large enough to hold one mid sized pork shoulder and still fit in my smoker. They are perfect for that. However, these are not the same size as a standard broiler pan, much smaller actually. If a standard sized broiler pan is what you are looking for, then look elsewhere. These will be too small.

This pan is being used as a broiler pan in a toaster oven. It works well however, it has warped.It is still useful for broiling chops and veggies.

Parents love it and use it all the time. Mom uses it in the oven to broil things. Easy to clean and lightweight.
