Best toilet I have ever owned. I have had a few seat bidets, but this is on another level. The compression fitting was pretty easy to install, once I researched how to do it. Had to cut my old valve off the copper pipe, clean it up, and tighten the heck out of it to stop leaks. Make sure you check the internal fittings as well. Had to tighten those a bit to stop leaks. But once it was set up, it works amazingly. Wish the airflow was a little higher on the dryer feature, but that would be my only complaint. The auto seat open/close is great, lights are cool, and being able to dial in the water temp is awesome. With a baby on the way, the child seat will come in handy as well.

I really like the smart toilet but the remote only seems to work when it wants to and the installation instructions were quite poor in my opinion. Other than that we really enjoy it so far.

I received this toilet one week ago. This is my second one. The first one was from ELPO, and it broke after 1.5 years.Pros:Installation is much easier than my previous one since there is direct access to the two bolts on the floor.Easy to use.Cons:The flush function is good, but it seems to use much more water than my previous one and is much noisier.There is almost no difference between the Spray and Bidet functions. The nozzle position is very far back, even when set to the maximum forward position for both functions. This is very strange!The first-second water temperature is low. My previous one had a pre-heat function to avoid spraying cold water.The dryer function always includes the flush function, which is odd. Let’s say I want to use toilet paper at the end—I would need to flush a second time. It would be nice to have the option to turn on only the dryer without a full flush.There is only a full flush that releases a lot of water. There is no half-flush option like I had before.The multi-color LED is nice, but it doesn’t make much sense to me. There is a small blue LED inside the bowl, but it doesn’t turn off automatically when the lid is closed.The remote control has a menu button, but I can’t figure out what it does. I pressed it, and nothing happened. I couldn’t find any information about this button online.Overall:It’s a good toilet—no regrets so far.

This is one of the best value smart toilet money can buy because of its rich features. It is one of the most beautifully designed toilet found on Amazon but only if it works though; if it doesn't, you've better contact Amazon customer service immediately to ask for a refund or you could be out $500 for a defective toilet. There is no contact for the seller, and this toilet isn't returnable. Even if it works today, if something were to go wrong tomorrow, you would have no way to reach the seller to buy any necessary parts to fix it. There's is no warranty of any kind. This toilet would be selling like hot cakes if the seller is reachable and provide the sorely needed customer services. Too bad, they don't really care about their customers. Fortunately, Amazon returned my money for the defective toilet I received.
