At first, I received a defective item where one side of the strap adjuster wasn’t working. I requested a replacement and received a second one, but it fell apart after just one day of use. It’s so flimsy and cheaply made. I’m very disappointed.

My daughter was especially excited about the additional items, which was a nice bonus. The bag is cute as expected, but material and make was on the cheaper side. The lunchbox was better made and is deep enough for a bento box. Will do as my daughter is in Kindergarten and doesn't usually carry too much. If you're looking for a Gabby enthusiasts backpack and don't want to spend too much, this will do.
