This would be fine for something decorative but we got it as substrate for our betta fish’s tank and despite rinsing it VERY thoroughly, it left the water almost milky white after a day. It has caused a lot of damage to the 9 marimo moss balls that were in there. They were incredibly vibrant green and now they’re covered in a white haze. They almost look moldy even though I’ve rinsed them and quarantined them, they still look this way. The glass is really cool and looks nice (I got two bags, one was nice big chunks and the other was itty bitty pieces which was not ideal) but I would caution against using it with anything living.

Okay seaglass, not as well rounded and smooth as the picture shows. Many pieces have sharp edges.
