This little speaker packs a punch, we use it in rehearsals as a small personal monitor. The only issue I have noticed is the combo jack, when inserting a 1/4" cable, is very loose and it will literally fall out. Seems to be a major design flaw. I would rate this 5 stars if not for this issue.

I'm a professional musician and quite particular about taking care of my equipment--I have cords, mics, speakers that still function well over the 20 year mark. This speaker sounded awesome for 2 months, then developed a weird buzz at no and all volumes, then started cutting out indiscriminately so I can't even use. The Galaxy Rep/Tech was nice--but they won't replace it even though it's less than 90 days. They will repair and send back--but meanwhile I'm out of a speaker, AND I have to foot the bill for delivery to them. Around $40 and it's a royal pain to box up etc. I'll never buy this product ever again. And Amazon only takes returns at 30 days. Thanks for nothing Amazon and Galaxy.

I am a professional musician who gigs up to five times a week, and I like this speaker so much I bought another one. My primary need for them is as a floor monitor, and in this regard they have a pretty serious design flaw: when you lay them on the floor and insert XLR cables to connect to your gear, the cable sticks out further than the cabinet and thus takes all the weight. It seems like over time this would damage cables and the input jack. I was considering sending the first one back, but then hit up on the idea to buy some 2 inch yoga blocks to rest them on. Now there is no stress on the cables and I have the added bonus of keeping them from getting as scratched up. I would give them five stars but for the design flaw. They sound fantastic for what you pay, and they are so easy to carry around.

Small, lightweight and loud. I use these as keyboard amps through a small mixer, guitar amp for rehearsal with a Helix Stomp and floor monitors.
