I am senior (on my way to 83) & only 5ft 1in. I have had a folding 3 step stool for at least 20 years that has been my go to step stool. When I saw this 5 step ladder/folding step stool I thought it might be too good to be true after reading the reviews. When it arrived almost right away, it came in very sturdy box, no damage & is perfect in every way. Love the brown gold color, the steps are wider & easier to use than my 3 step stool, the ladder is very sturdy, gives me confidence when going up due to the large handle on top. I just bought 100 yr old house that has very high kitchen cabinets, some were too high for me to use until I got this ladder. Every household should have at least one of these ladders. Would certainly recommend buying the 5 step ladder & have thought about buying the 3 or 4 step ladder & getting rid of my old faithful 3 step stool. Can't go wrong at this price & for the quality step ladder/stool you are getting.

This is a very "pretty" ladder. Got it when we redid it kitchen with higher cabinets (up to the 10 ft ceiling), and it works and looks amazing. Super light, folds easily, very thin when folded, so it's not in the way at all, even in our tight pantry, the perfect height for reaching 9 ft shelves, steps have good grip, and quite sturdy (I'm the heaviest in the family at 155lb, but I'm certain it would easily support 2 of me). Only complaint is that they missed an end cap in production (see pictures). The cap appears to fit under the rivets, and the rivets are tight where the cap is missing, so I'm assuming they just forgot it during production, as I don't think it could fall off. Barely noticeable, but does leave a sharp edge exposed.

I like that the ladder folds flat and is very lightweight. It’s sturdy enough to get the job done. Because it's lightweight, it can be a little wobbly when up near the top steps. Might be steadier if legs were a little further apart. Also the top steps get pretty narrow width so you need to be more cautious if using them.

I bought one and I liked it so much I bought a second one. The top curved hand rail is padded and makes it easy to carry, you can lean it up against the wall and it won't mark up the wall but most importantly I needed to grab it for support quickly when I was up high on the ladder and it made me feel safe.The ladder is light, but sturdy and ergonomic. We got the bronze color and it is very pretty.I will say the first one I bought came in pristine condition; where as the second had some dents in it due to transit but I kept it anyway. It is nice to have a ladder on each floor, but we have no issue lugging them around the house.

I have had at least a dozen step ladders to try and reach the top of my pantry and closets. We have 10’ ceilings. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to reach our top shelves without having to haul in the much bigger and heavier ladder. It is very sturdy and my husband can easily stand in this with no problem. This is the lightest weight and tallest one that is easy to pull out quickly and it folds to just a couple of inches thick. This is the best I’ve ever had so I hurried right back to Amazon and bought one for each closet. By far the west one in the market and less expensive that what I have used in the past

This ladder is good looking and is perfect for my new kitchen as my cabinets go all the way to the ceiling. It is very sturdy and don’t have to put it together. The steps are wider that most step ladders which is nice, especially for someone older like me 😀

I'm comfortable working from the 5th step because of the armrestTherefore, the comfortable working height is 10 to 11 feet
