We discovered we received the 12 gram co2 cylinders instead of the 25 gram we ordered during the weekend. (both 5 pack) I called GAMO but they weren't working on the weekend... I left a message. Before they called early Monday morning we realized we had ordered the wrong ones and should have ordered the 12 gram to start with. We told the rep at GAMO to not worry about replacing the 12 gram because we were satisfied. They sent an e-mail wanting to know if we would accept another 5 pack of the 12 gram on them. We said yes. We didn't receive the 5-pack...we received a 15 pack of 12 gram cylinders! I'd say they went way overboard trying to satisfy their customer. They get a 5 STAR + from us. Outstanding.

I don't shoot often, so not having to take the cartridge out between times (I keep air pistol loaded always to deter the many dogs wandering through my yard and chasing my pets). It's still going strong after a month of use.

Gamo CO2 cartridges are the best in my world. They last longer and you can leave them pierced for months without a single leak ( unless your seal is damaged ). They hold power even in cold weather. I didn't see much difference in January to August as far as power.

What I received is not what I ordered as shown in the picture. Plus now who knows how old they are. Plus they arrived in a plastic bag. Not even any real packaging. Will be returning.

They kept sending me 12g instead of 25g even though it says 25g CO2 on description. I ordered this item 7 times and it was always 12g when it got to my house.
