I bought this as a replacement for an old garage pull that went bad. I was able to make it work but in my use case I had very little room to install this so tieing a knot to keep it from pulling through the "pull hole" means the plastic pully may not close/lock properly. The old pull had a metal clip to stop the rope from pulling through. I was able to use the old metal clip on this rope to make it work.
