These are bumpers to protect a car door edge from contacting something and damaging the paint. They have an adhesive strip on the back to attach to a solid surface.I use them on metal shelves to protect the door edge since my garage has relatively narrow bays. They do exactly what is described and prevent damage to the paint from contacting the shelf edge.

Package arrived o.k. Easy to install, but two of the four that I have installed so far, fell off the wall. It wasn't that they didn't stick to the wall, it was that the sticky paper came off from the protector pad. I used Gorilla glue to re-stick the protector, back on to its sticky pad.When the car door bumps against them, they get slightly dented, but they seem to recover over the next couple of days.Haven't had them long enough to know how durable they are. But the Gorilla glue works!

When it first got them I noticed they were really small. Like a lot smaller than I had anticipated. So I take two of them together and put them on acoustic pad. I did this so that my son could have a slap pad basically because he likes to smack things. So this gives him the release he needs but he won't hurt himself or my walls. I didn't use the adhesive but I did look at it and it is very very strong. If you go to put it on your wall it's going to rip the paint off when you move it. For sure

So I actually got these to put along the wall where my dog sleeps. He has a habit of hitting into the wall while sleeping so I wanted something to soften that for him. Pillows and blankets he just pulls down so I wanted something that would adhere to the wall.I came across these and thought to give them a try. They’re super easy to put up. Just peel and stick. And they’ve been working. They’re firm but still squishy. Good size, I used all 4 to provide the best coverage. And I’m sure they would work great as a door bumper too.

It’s simple but it’s provide a good protection for the car door. It’s sticks very well on the wall, so you have to be careful when you put it first. It’s more secure now to open the car door in the garage.. I was always afraid to hit the wall, now I am more secure…
