It fit perfectly in my 2002 Town Car, after a deer unfortunately gave its life to wreck the original, and the grille. A very good deal.

The Panel Reinforcement Thermoplastic, had a crack on the top center that I epoxied, probably happened during shipping because the part was packaged in a cardboard box without any support. The crack was located on top-center which is likely the weakest point. Also, the pin and bolt holes for the grill alignment were off by 1/8 inch when one side is inserted. I slightly drilled out to make fit. I choose to make these repairs/modifications because they were minor and didn't affect performance or compatibility. I also needed to get the vehicle back on the road without further delays. However, on the positive side, good price and fast shipping is why I gave it a three-star rating.
