These hold up well, great quality, fit nice and snug and easy to install. Thick material is perfect and we dropped a spoon into the sink and this caught it not allowing it to slip into the garbage disposal (which was on). Helps to block back splash and perfect upgrade for any sink, especially if yours is starting to stink from your older strainer beginning to rot

Work great to replace garbage disposal guard. Half the price of anywhere else and fine quality. Fits all standard garbage opener sink drains.

First off, let me say that the product is completely fine and does what you originally wanted to do - replace your old splash guard. Same rubber, it fits, it does the job you expected it to.That being said, there are two differences from the OEM Insinkerator guard that I replaced with this:1. It isn't as "tall" as the original. Really not a big deal, the original is about 1" tall and this is probably half that. Makes it a touch more difficult to line up with the set ring (or whatever that bump is called).2. It doesn't let as much water through as the original when not being pushed open. I find that I either need a good suction from things going down the disposal to get it going or I'll use my wooden spoon or whatever utensil to "widen the mouth" a bit to get drainage like the original. Again, really not a big deal, but it is a minor frustration at times.Overall, for the price this product does just fine. However, the original splash guard was just a touch better in all honesty.

You need to select the size of your baffles carefully. The insinkerator you can buy at home depot uses this size. Nearly exact replacement for the original, but slightly less flexible than the OEM item that you can purchase directly from the manufacturer. (They may offer a free one if you are nice on the phone) Will buy this brand again and more often rather than deal with nasty ole ones.

These are Okay. They fit our disposal exactly. The reason for the 3 stars is they do not last very long. About 6-7 mos. in our case. The rubber itself tends to just disintegrate after a while. Since it's a 2 pack, we managed a little over a year for the 2.For the price they work fine.

We are looking to sell our home, and noticed that the guard on our garbage disposal was in pretty bad space from the years of use. I got these hoping that they would fit, and they did. They work great for blocking splash-back when the disposal is in use, and even help dampen the noise (slightly). Overall they worked great. In fact, we had to adjust our use to allow for the newer guard, since the old one let anything go down the drain (spoons, knives, pots, pans). This one keeps a good block on accidental things from happening.
