How much is a plumber versus a $10 tool? I know absolutely nothing about fixing anything. I watched some YouTube videos and saw someone using this tool and decided to order it since it was much cheaper than hiring a plumber. It worked!

After a few times with trial and error I got the tool lined up perfectly with the disposal, gave it a turn and problem solved! Handy tool to have on hand to save you a call to a plumber. If you are confused how to use it Google a how to online. There are several videos out there and it is really easy to use.

I hate that I needed to purchase this in the first place due to a less than two year old garbage disposal jamming up when it goes unused for a week or so at a time… HOWEVER… this contraption does the trick. I’ve had to use it a handful of times and it’s low profile stores under the sink with ease. Good price point for the heavy duty quality. This tool is easy to use and with a twist or two, frees up the disposal to spin freely.

It comes with both the Allen wrench and this tool. The tool is needed for certain garbage disposals and when I got my house there was no tool. I don't know if it is included in Kohler disposal when in box
