Impeccable service. The fountain arrived quickly after I placed my order. However the base was in pieces from handling so I contacted the seller. Within 24 hours a new basin was shipped and I am very happy with the replacement. This fountain is very quiet, but lively. Perfect for indoor decoration by a reading chair. Overall highly recommended service and product.

I have purchased the large and small editions of this fountain. Unfortunately both have clogged and don't work. I purchased the algae cleaner. Still clogs up very quickly. Very disappointed because it is a beautiful fountain.

Too heavy for outdoor patio glass top coffee table. Needs to sit on the ground or stacked slate rock. Otherwise the water flow sounds nice.

Exactly as I expected it to be. The natural heavy stone base reminded me of the good old Bali days. It came very well packed and got assembled in 5 minutes. Great purchase, Thank you!
