The sun screen us great for sun protection on my patio. And it's chic in appearance so compliant with apartment rules. The fabric is durable and quality is sturdy while the color is neutral. It was easy to install however had to be clever on an apartment patio where hardware could not be installed.

I use this over a wide span, I’m happy with it. It’s been up for 2 1/2 years.The problem I have is it doesn’t allow water to go through, which seems to be good until it rains very hard. I had to actually snip a hole in the middle of it. It did work, the hole did not get any bigger.

This tarp does its job good and is good looking. It would have been better if it had more holes on the sides for tie ropes.

Sail shade is just what our backyard ordered. 2 things to note.1: The first sail shade we received had a manufacturing defect. There was a small hole melted near one of the corners. We contacted the company via amazon. They got back to us in a day and asked for a picture of the damage. I sent them a few pictures, and a few days later had a replacement. good service.2: While waiting for the replacement, I put up the damaged one, so I could see how well the posts and anchors that I had put in would hold up. A few days later we had Hurricane Isaias pass pretty much right over us. The sail shade was flapping up and down in the wind, and the ropes that i had used to install it stretched a good amount. We also had a decent size branch land on it. Even with the manufacturing defect, the shade held up and did not rip or come loose. So Its sturdy. Very happy with out purchase, we can use our backyard finally in the summer midday without roasting under the sun.

This has exceed our expectations. So easy to install and put up and down ( heavy rain and wind). It keeps the sun off the deck and house. The fabric is wonderful. When you drive by or pull up to the house it looks elegant. This is definitely something to consider if you don't want an umbrella especially for carrying up and down stairs for a deck.

I couldn't decide between 2-3 stars. It's hung up and was a bit of a pain so I'm not going to take it down to return.First, the positives. It does what it's supposed to do - create shade. I purchased the additional hardware (which I would recommend doing), but this came with some short pieces of nylon rope which also came in handy.Now my complaints. The first being that it didn't measure up. The useful area is more like 14' x 17' so if you're hoping to shade any bigger than that you'll be disappointed. I believe the measurements they provide are useful for how big an area you need to hang it. My second complaint (and this could become an issue later as it's exposed to the elements) is that the "fabric" appears to be nothing more than woven tarp, and the D rings on the corners actually caused deep imprinted cuts on the material where it was folded and packaged. See photo, hopefully you can see the tears. I suspect that over time, it will fray, like most plastic tarps do.

it was easy to install, taken the wind easily, definitely works well for shade, as my deck is way cooler, it used to be in the direct sun. would buy againit does not come with mounting hardware.

This product solved our heat issues on our deck!! We couldn't sit outside comfortably, umbrellas only offer so so much shade area. Now we can all get under the sun shade and it's so much cooler. Of course as the sun moves, our chairs move too still the best low cost solution!! Cloth had a very minor flaws, but considering the cost, I didn't bother returning it, only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. We installed 2 points on the house, and 2 points on 4x4 posts set into our deck, be warned that the tension will cause movement of the posts. We will likely install more bracing next year.

ottimo tendone molto resistente anche al vento.l'ho messo nel mio terrazzo dove batteva il sole diretto e mi fa la giusta ombra senza oscurare troppo.

4.75 rounded to 5.0. Love the size and it looks great. Wish it comes with nylon rope on a spool rather than cut pieces. Not waterproof so use accordingly.
