They are well constructed, the brass threaded insert is priceless when screwing in the light stem. These stakes should last for ever due to the excellent construction of the stake. Best I have ever seen!

I have over 80 outdoor lights around my house. I ordered most of them with the standard plastic stake. Well, some of them are starting to fail - the brass light fixture is barely held up straight by the stripped plastic threads. These are nearly identical to the plastic originals, but they have brass threaded inserts. They will nicely replace the worn out ones.

I got some of these to repair some of my plastic only ones that were taken out by my lawn guys.These, however, have a strong brass insert that will not bind with my landscape lights over time.These go in solid, and hold well.

Seem to be well made. Pot metal stakes that come with lights corrode to dust within a year in coastal area I live in. I had made my own "spikes" with pvc pipe and female adapters. These are more user friendly. Hopefully they last. 5 stars for now. Will update if needed based on how they last.

I bought two sets of these from different "brands" and they were exactly the same item, so figuring these come from the same factory - and therefore you can pretty much buy by price/deals. That said, these are robust quality and better than the broken ones they are replacing!

These stakes are large and heavy duty. They are at least 40% larger than the stakes that come with lights. The brass insert with cord opening is 1/2" NPT thread and very handy but may not work as a replacement for some lights coming from overseas - lights that have metric threads and will not work! Be sure to check the threads on your existing light to make sure they are 1/2" NPT.If your light has the proper threading these stakes are awesome and would be extremely hard to break! Highly recommend them as a replacement!
