I love the product but I noticed when I was putting it down that if you are not extremely careful it will tear and shred. I laid it flat and went to straighten it ( I thought I was being careful) and it fell apart. I’m not sure what to do with it now but it was definitely a great concept!

This product was even better than advertised. Without seeing a product and buying it by chance it is an excellent product. However, it is way too expensive to use on large areas. I was looking to replace all mulch on my property with this product, but just cannot afford to do so. Unfortunately I will not be able to purchase it again. Going to have to go back to the traditional mulch after purchasing 3 orders of double rolls strictly due to cost.

I put this in an area that I have trouble growing anything but weeds. It shipped quickly. It rolls out pretty easy but it is heavy. You must be careful when laying it because it tears easily and does not cut nicely. I did use yard staples to tack it down which has worked well. It looks nice where I have laid it. The price adds up quickly if you need too many rolls. When it is first laid had has a horrible odor but that decipates in a few days.

The landscaping fabric on the back side is really thin and was beginning to separate from the backing of the mat as I was unrolling it. It separated from the backside about a quarter of the way down the mat, but we managed to secure it when putting the stakes through to hold it in place. Alot of rubber pieces were falling off the mat as were unrolling it too, so I'm not sure how well this thing will hold up against the weather conditions. I think there is some room for improvement with the manufacturing, but I do like the concept of this and i hope that it will stand against the test of time. I intended to buy the larger sized roll if I was fully satisfied with this, but I'm not too sure that I am. I haven't come across any others, so I would be looking forward to a new and improved version by this company.

I happened to buy these when they were on a flash sale at the end of the season, and if I'd known how much I'd love them, I'd have tripled my order. I have raised garden beds, and the walkway unrolls and fits perfectly between two rows of beds. It's a great weed barrier and it's comfortable to kneel down on while picking produce. Gardener's Supply brand is outstanding.

The backing fell off immediately, and as a result the entire thing falls apart essentially turning it into just normal shredded rubber mulch. I bought it with intention to use in a flowerbed along a walkway so the mulch stopped getting everywhere, but now it goes everywhere like normal rubber mulch.I’m living in regret that I spent so much for this “mat†when I could’ve spent $6 for one more bag of rubber mulch. Definitely not worth the $$$

I'm not sure about the durability of this rubber walkway, but I like that it's somewhat heavy and doesn't kink. I had some cute wood paths that disintegrated...replacing it with this walkway immediately felt right. It's so much softer underfoot and it looks pretty good. I'm buying another one because it worked out for my needs.
