It ripped today, and it's practically see through in half of it. Another brand lasted 4.5 years. Very disappointed in this one.

My wife and I installed this in about an hour. I like how the corners are designed to hug the frame tightly which will help in strong winds. Ours was installed on a Harbor Freight 10’ x 20’ frame. It fit perfectly - 100 times better than the cheap cover that originally came with the Harbor Freight frame. Only time will tell how long it lasts, but if I can get three years out of it, I’ll be happy. The tan color provides much better shade than our old white cover. For the price, you can’t go wrong. I give this cover two thumbs up. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘In the photo you might notice my anchoring system using cinder block, steel tubing and concrete. This anchoring system eliminated all support cables and having to fasten anchors to concrete. Easy to make them and does a great job anchoring the carport during high winds.

Update - i received an email stating they would make it right and they shipped me a new canopy to replace the ripped one. This is the customer service that was expected. Thank youThis is my second failed canopy. The first one lasted amost 9 months and was replaced due to their 1 year warranty. Unfortunately the replacement canopy has also failed within the 1 year of receiving it, but they would not replace or refund that canopy as the original canopy was sold over 1 year ago. Very disappointed with the company's quality and customer service. The canopy should qualify for refund or replacement 1 year from the date the new or replaced canopy was received. The cover fit fine and was secure but it did not last.

First, All of these sun rot after 2-3 years. Mine lasts a little longer because it is under oak trees. This replacement seems to be of excellent quality, with a coating on it and it is a bit thicker that the el cheapo crap that many vendors try to sell. Got it over the frame if the frame of the old cheap Harbor Freight unit in about 10 minutes. It comes with enough bungees for one per mounting hole. Save a few old ones and put two at each corner and in the middle of the frame for extra stability. Finally, don't be an idiot and leave the canopy up during a forecasted weather event. I will get destroyed or mangle and destroy the frame. I remove mine and store it when forecasted severe storms or hurricanes come my way. Yes, I live in Florida. The frame survives well if there isn't a big parachute bungeed to it during an extreme wind event. I expect to get 3+ years out of this one.

I purchased the 12 x 20 replacement top cover in the month of April 2023, within 3 weeks it started to rip up along the peak and the upper corners, 3 months later it was coming apart at the seams, to be honorable and not to be trouble with the seller I used some gorilla tape in and out of the holes to somehow sandwich it together to keep it together, it didn't work, and the mesh of the whole weave is starting the thin out everywhere, now all along the peak the weave of the material is really thinning out, The material is way too thin, I like the grey color but now I'm on the search for a new canopy to protect my truck, the canopy is still under 10 months old, maybe the seller will give me a refund, that would be nice, thank you. Now it is the month of June 2024 and look, the whole canopy has failed , I even have a peice of my old canopy onto hopping to salvage the product this seller sold me,After further study the only better quality canopy material would be made out of Polyethylene, only order from www.KingCanopy.com made in North Carolina, USA , it's is a 100% better material made with Polyethylene material, same stuff like kayaks are made, forget this seller products or anything made with the letters PE, it's all Chinese made junk.

I have had three carports that I bought years ago at Costco and have had many replacement tops and sides and zipper doors. Not one time in all of those years Have I been impressed until I received these. The first thing you notice is the color I chose the gray which is much better than the basic brown or beige the fit was snug which allowed it to lay very smooth but not so tight that it speeds cracking. The material is thick and durable. I am very satisfied and highly recommend these.Update: after only 10 months of use we had a small storm with 10 mile an hour winds. The first gust of wind both of the zipper doors that I received for free after I did The first half of this review ripped in two and both tops all but disintegrated. 10 mile an hour winds should have no effect on material described as these were. The manufacturer requested photos so I sent them three different times still have not Received any conclusion had to buy New canopies from another company which I love not to mention the ruined Product that was under these canopies. I have no problem with product that doesn't necessarily perform as described but the lack of customer service and conclusion into this matter guided my decision In writing this update.,

Top cover arrived quickly; apparently the fact that this one lasted barely a year and two months has not been lost on this outfit. They must have plenty on hand to 'sell' us replacements. This time I placed 2 1"x8"x20 foot boards along the lower edge of each side of the roof frame before installing the new cover. Maybe I'll get two or three years out of this one.

Después de leer algunas opiniones de varias opciones disponibles en Amazon, está me pareció la ideal y puedo confirmar que es un excelente producto y perfecto reemplazo para la original (es la carpa que venden en CostCo). El material se ve de igual calidad que el original y solo queda esperar cuanto tiempo aguanta antes de que se la coma el Sol. Además, llegó mucho antes de la fecha comprometida.
