These will be used in my enclosed cargo trailer. I'll be using them mostly for securing furniture and boxes of household belongings. I will also use them to restrain a lawn tractor, bicycle, scooter, snowmobile and other assorted items that might be found in a typical garage. They appear to be robust in design. The black finish on the parts looks like it might last a while inside my trailer but only time will tell. While these rings are made with thicker material than some I others I have used, I do have a concern on the claimed load rating of 2400lbs. The wrap around design of securing the ring to the base could be a problem but at this time they have been working well. Installation is simple. Just drill a hole through the trailer floor and use a bolt of the appropriate size and large fender washer or equivalent for backing followed by a nylock nut. If screwing directly to a wood floor, the rings are shipped with screws for that job.

I’ve been using these D-ring tie-down anchors in my Honda Civic Hatchback to secure a subwoofer box in the back, and they’ve been an absolute game-changer. The package comes with six heavy-duty D-rings and screws, and they were super easy to install. I just mounted them in the back of my hatchback, and now my subwoofer box stays firmly in place, no matter how bumpy the ride gets. What I love about these anchors is their strength. Made of heavy-duty steel and coated to resist rust, these anchors can handle up to 2400 lbs of force, which is way more than what I need for my subwoofer box but gives me peace of mind knowing they’re durable. The rust-resistant coating also means I don’t have to worry about them wearing down over time, especially since my car is exposed to all sorts of weather. These D-rings have made a huge difference in preventing my subwoofer box from sliding around in the back. Before I used these anchors, the box would often shift during sharp turns or when driving on rough roads. But now, it stays put, and I don’t hear any rattling or feel it moving.Overall, these tie-downs are perfect for securing items in your vehicle, especially something like a subwoofer box that needs to stay stable. They’re easy to install, super durable, and keep everything in place, which is exactly what I was looking for.

The 2400 lb strength of these tie down rings is questionable. If the steel strap was thicker and it wrapped around and doubled up at the attachment point, it would be a lot more trustworthy.I'll use these for light duty attachment points only

These D rings are great for fairly lightweight applications. The description is very accurate in the post. You are not going to put these on a trailer and hold down a heavy load, but perfect for a relatively lightweight job.

These tie down hooks have a large D ring style loop with a piece of folded metal wrapped around it. They can be screwed or bolted to a trailer or headache rack to assist in securing your load. I mentioned that these for light trailers, because they are fairly small made with thin metal.Pros: Painted black so they don't rust. The rings are large enough for some of my bigger straps hooks. They come with screws for mounting.Cons: The rings stick a little inside the anchor loop, which is a little irritating. They are also much thinner than another brand I got at the same time for the same price. I would only hook bungy on them and not straps, I don't think they are strong enough for my cam style straps.

Used these to add some mounting points in my SUV. They seem strong, though I used some different hardware instead of the provided screws. They have been helping me keep items from rattling around in the back of the vehicle when I drive. For the price it’s a pretty good set and they look nice.
