This is the perfect size to keep the right amount of garlic fresh. I've had garlic in it for about a week and am very happy with the quality and freshness it keeps! I love the design,it adds a lot of class while being simple and elegant! Compared to others I've had over the years this one is my favorite so far. Highly recommend!

This garlic keeper is attractive, so I’m happy to leave it out on my counter, and it does seem to preserve the garlic for much longer than just leaving it in a baggie. My only complaint is the shape - a narrow cylinder that tapers towards the top - won’t fit that many heads of garlic at a time. I routinely have about 6-8 heads of garlic in my kitchen, but this garlic keeper makes it impossible to stuff them all in and put on the lid. It needs to be wider all over in order to be practical in my kitchen. We eat a fair amount of garlic every day, but nothing crazy.Aesthetically it’s pleasing, it’s a nice heavy weight and seems quite durable, and there’s no strong garlic smell. So while it kind of works, I’ll need to look for a fatter, more squat garlic keeper.

This is a very attractive item. Depending on size it holds 2-3 heads of garlic. I also can use it for shallots and ginger if there is room. I would definitely recommend this item for yourself or as a gift for someone.
