The gray color is very subtle and looks more cream or off white. I don't like bright white for watch bands, so the muted white-ish / gray color is more in tune with what I like. But, if you're looking for a more gray color, this is closer to off white. The medium gray underside is visible through the band notches, but not overly so to cause a more two-tone visual. I can tell the difference in quality of materials with this band versus third-party bands (that I've found here on Amazon). The genuine band feels more comfortable, feels more flexible, and feels more substantial than the third-party bands. Not sure this quality is worth the price, so you are paying for the Garmin branding.

Great product for my Garmin fenix 6x Pro Solar. Fits and performs as described. I like to switch out bands periodically, and it is very nice to receive a product that works as described.
