These replaced my issued hot weather boots. First time in 18 years I have purchased a pair of boots, glad I did. I have flat wide feet, these boots are all day comfortable. So far holding up very well in the South Texas terrain and heat. The soles are durable yet soft and flexible. They easily conform to the uneven terrain and are sure footed in the loose dirt and rocks. My feet don't feel tired or overly hot and sweaty even after a 12-14 hour day.
