Recieved the product damaged despite buying jt new. I assume it was damaged by the shipping company based on the locations of the dents despite the Styrofoam packaging. It should still work as intended.

Item was as described. Packed reasonable well and arrived undamaged. Construction and operation was pretty good. One issue I have is one of the adjustment feet received with the unit had bad threads cut into it so would not screw into the thread holes on the base of the unit. Absolutely no way to contact the vendor to get a replacement foot, so would have to pack up and return a heavy unit to either get a replacement or refund. High likelihood I would receive another bad foot as they are cheaply made. I will keep it and attempt to repair myself, but would not recommend and will not purchase any other item from this vendor.

Several dents. Had to take top latch apart(screw was loose) and remove 2 extra roll pins just laying in there that would not let the spring loaded latch fully retract into the door. Almost couldn't open door once closed. Will do the job but not happy.
