Fits and works as it should, I used my original hardware as the bolt head is a smaller size.

took me about 5 mins to figure out what is blowing everyone's mind concerning these petcocks valves . 1 The new valve' mounting flange, where it bolts to tank, is approximately 1 mm thinner than OE valve' flange. 2 the bolts that come with the new petcock were way too long for my OE fiberglass tank. 3 the OE sleeved washers are "too tall" to use with the new thinner fuel valve' flange or the valve wont be held tight enough to compress the o-ring (that is the only thing that holds the fuel in the fiberglass tank). 4 use the new slightly shorter sleeved washer with your OE bolts and you will be fine or remove 1 MM from your OE sleeved washers sleeve height . Several people have mentioned using washers to make the too long bolts tighten up but that is NOT the issue. the issue is that the Petcock has to be clamped firmly to the tank to not leak. The tanks sleeved washers (shaped like top-hats) are what keeps any length bolt and washers from compressing the rubber o-ring. Pro tip: put anti-seize compound on your bolt threads and you wont strip your fiberglass bedded nuts out of your tank 10 years from now.

Works great the only thing I have to complain is that a 10mm barley fits on the right side so it was hard to tighten even with pliers.

This fuel tank petcock was exactly what I needed for my Honda 50. The fit was perfect, installation was quick and easy, and it works flawlessly—no leaks or issues. The build quality feels solid, and it operates smoothly. If you need a reliable replacement, this is definitely the one to get. Highly recommend!

It is hard to rate this product. Although it fits great and is exactly what I asked for, it took for ever to ship. Of course things happen that may not be the fault of the supplier, so that is why I can not rate the product bad.

I started off my quest for a petcock by searching for the part on an oem parts supplier's website. 16950-GCF-671 is the part number for my early model CRF230F and it uses a 11.8mm x 3.55mm o-ring seal. I initially purchased a two pack petcock kit, here on Amazon, with the same part number listed. Practically every single major feature on this other petcock was wrong. The fuel hose connection was too large, the seal mating surface was too small, the inlet screen was too high(that would prevent the tank from fully emptying), and the included gasket was a flat rubber gasket that was too slim to create a seal. Thankfully, I found the petcock listed here and it is nearly identical to the oem one! I've only ridden with it for about 12 hours over the past four months but I have seen no signs of leaking and the valve still turns easily. I'm including comparison pics with my review so everyone can see the difference! Highly recommend the petcock on this listing!

Wouldve givin it 5 stars. Came fast and easy to install. Only issue with it it wont shut off. Constantly leaks. Other then that it would have been 5 stars.
