It works, but has to use a larger connector. Other than that, this saved the heater from going to the trash.

the progs were bigger than original equipment. Tried grinding the clips smaller. got clips to plug onto unit, still did not work. does not work on all models, I guess. Wasted money. clipped spade plugs to geter to bypass plug.

This has been working now for over a year without fail. 1500 watt heater originally had a safety switch sticking out the bottom that would open when turned over, but the switch failed. Opted for this switch instead. Took less than 30 minutes to open up the heater, drill a couple holes, screw it down and attach the wiring. It has worked consistently since.
