I used this around 6 months before middle coil gave up. Outer ring of it does not heat up properly. Contacted them through email about it. They asked for pictures and videos of the issue. After sending them required material they sent me a tracking number for replacement cooktop within a week.

Traditional handles/knobs (opposed to "touch-screen" sensors) make it easy to use. A double-burner is a convenient addition to regular size burners. Once you learn how to press the knob - it's really a great asset! Very easy to clean. Using specific cleaning paste is advisable. The manufacturer - Gasland - is always out there to answer any questions.

Works GREAT nice sleek and uncomplicated to use. Reminder light when surface is hot.Installation good except clips didn't fit so had to secure with silicone around the edges.Tough to clean without leaving streaks - chamois cloth is best with only a little water yo remove streaks after washing first and letting dry then come back to remove streaks.Heating power is good, on and off response is great, seems to be great quality.

Received 1st stove paid $50 to have installed 3 burners worked 1 burner didn't. I called Gasland was told it was a manufactual default and to send it back to be replaced. Sent it back to AMAZON and they order a new one right away they were great. Received the 2nd stove top had it installed thankfully they didn't charge me again to install it. But the stove did not seat properly thats when we noticed the foam seal was worn down, it was obviously a demo that had been setting in a cut out. My husband went and bought new foam seal for $6.00 stove fit like a glove. Then I felt a sharp spot on the front of the stove top it's like it not completely sealed tight. I love the stove but worried and upset this is a $500 stove top. I don't want to send it back already been 3 weeks with no working stove. Gasland has a product issue and needs to check the items they send to customers.

No comments. Cooktop didn’t work. Amazon is sending a replacement. After this is installed I’ll be prepared to rate it.

Fit well into a 36 inch space replacing a coil-type top that failed. Looks good, much easier to keep clean than the old one, heats quickly. The price was good and the shipping, quick. Overall, I am quite pleased with this purchase.

This stove top puts out phenomenal heat quickly. A real professional feel! Just be aware, that it does not have a child lock on the controls. It is easy to accidentally turn the elements on if they are bumped.
